How the Government Shutdown Affects Us

When the government shutdown began it wasn't a big deal but now a few days later we noticed something bad.
Since we are military we move a lot and we are going to very soon.
Our 1st stop is Washington D.C but due to the government shutdown these things are closed.

• Washington Monument
• The Veterans Memorial
• Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum
• The National Mall
• And basically everything else in Washington D.C

So there's nothing to do except stuff in our hotel!
So it's gotten really bad since the government shutdown.
